Manager- Therapy Education & Support

Full time preferred, part time 0.8 FTE maybe considered

About the role:

You will be responsible for leading a team of 27 Allied Health professionals, Speech therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood, Education and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service, while meeting service delivery benchmarks. This position is part of the leadership team and participates in planning and decision making for the organisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Day to day operations of Therapy, Education and Support services;

    • Mentoring and coaching staff using positive leadership skills
    • Managing participant wait lists
    • Developing Melton services leading business growth 
    • Be forefront of technology and service delivery integration
    • Small clinical case load negotiable

Facilities Officer

Part time (0.65)

About the role:

This role is responsible for providing an organisation wide response to requests for repairs and maintenance and meeting compliance requirements for safety in the use of our equipment and facilities. The role is a part time position, 25 hours per week, over 4 to 5 days negotiable.

About the role 

We are looking for enthusiastic staff to work in our funded 4 year old kindergarten programs in 2019.  We have placements available  to support the inclusion and participation of all children within the kindergarten group. You will be expected to work in a collaborative manner with the kindergarten educator team. Ideally you will have experience within a kindergarten setting, including children with developmental delays and disabilities, and knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework.
