What does a disability support worker do at Pinarc?
You will support people with a disability to achieve their own self set goals and celebrate their aspirations alongside people as they achieve their goals. The Pinarc team will assist and develop you to support the wellbeing of our customers through a process that enables you to understand customer needs, preferences and interests.
The Active Living Options service offers 20 programs that people with disability can choose from. Some of these programs are; Day programs, Art, Music, Independent Living Skills, Camps, Youth Groups, Recreational programs, Social groups, After School Care and of course Holiday programs.

Full time and Part time positions available based in Ballarat and Melton.
About these roles:
We are looking for enthusiastic staff to work in our funded 4 year old kindergarten programs. We have placements available to support the inclusion and participation of all children within the kindergarten group. You will be expected to work in a collaborative manner with the kindergarten educator team. Ideally you will have experience within a kindergarten setting, including children with developmental delays and disabilities, and knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework.
• Assisting children with self-care tasks
• Assisting with everyday tasks for program delivery for all children
• Participate in staff planning meetings
